I have had arthritis for a number of years now and it had left me unable to physically do the simplest movements. I mainly have it in my knees which made it very difficult for me to bend down or squat to pick something up and it also limited me from doing gardening which I enjoy very much.

I also found that when I went to bed my body would start to ache and the discomfort I was having use to wake me up throughout the night also making it very difficult to get a full night's sleep.
